I do have an excel file that details the alterations as well. I had finished the base game but have only done up to the Wangs with the PUK using the in-game editor. Then I went through and reviewed all the bios and shored up their abilities when lacking. Well I have been tweaking XIII officers quite a bit as well - X Series provides a pretty good baseline for stats and troop aptitude. I was able to buff him, giving him military abilities like Overawe, Arouse. The only officer that I consider more or less complete is Yuan Shu as I messed with not only his stats but his abilities as well. As I said, the current rebalance is fine but it needs a lot more dept regarding abilites and stuff. I did a little personal retouch but nothing special. I think you did a very nice job in ROTK XI. What inspired those changes?įor now I pretty much used your changes as well.
